I just threw a baby shower for my friend Melissa who is having a baby girl this Winter and went ALL IN on the pink decorations! (Melissa is on the left) - don't these two look absolutely ravishing?!?
So my 11 year old who is obsessed with DIY everything did some Pinterest research and helped me out A LOT with the pink theme. We bought a cute onesie and had everyone sign it:
My favorite was these mason drinking jars with cute daisy cut out lids and straws I got from Amazon. I filled them with pink lemonade and Sprite - so cute and what a hit!
Add in a plate of pink cookies, pink covered strawberries, pink goldfish (who knew!) and there you have it. I also made pink POPCORN - super cute. I used the pink candy melts from JoAnne Fabrics to coat the popcorn and dip the strawberries:

Maybe a bit of both...
I had two dogs. No fear of thunderstorms. But then I took in an older dog who was terrified of storms. Would pant on my face and shake on the bed the whole time. Guess what? She TAUGHT our other two dogs to do the same thing! It was a LEARNED fear. PS - anyone with a dog who is scared of storms, you have my sympathy!
What if we were killed by falling off a cliff in a past life? Would we be born with an innate fear of heights?
