Writing is a solitary journey most of the time. I love that I get to hear my husband practice guitar when I am writing and he will listen and give his opinion on any/all of my story lines.
So winning an award is great fun and I can only hope it will send out a few ripples to new readers to come and enjoy the ride. A recent reviewer said: "Your book created such an enjoyable and rocking world that I loved to be transported to!"
